Talent Acquisition & Strategy Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and recruitment delivery across India, ensuring
• Partner with senior business leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
• Develop and implement scalable recruitment strategies for India while overseeing the recruiting
• Lead, mentor, and develop the India-based recruiting team, ensuring appropriate staffing capacity
• Coordinate with recruiting stakeholders across North America, Europe, and other international
• Oversee recruitment capacity planning, forecasting, workload distribution, and resource allocation

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. An MBA or
• At least 12–15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in
• Current or recent experience in a Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Manager, or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing recruitment teams, managing resources, and
• At least five years of hands-on experience with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, sourcing strategies, workforce planning
