📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Retail and Corporate roles across locations.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define
• Manage recruitment for retail positions including Style Consultants, Store Managers, Cluster Heads
• Drive hiring for corporate functions such as Finance, Marketing, Technology, Operations
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals
• Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions to assess suitability, experience, communication

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in Retail and Corporate hiring is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and locations simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.
