Talent Activation Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support sourcing, screening, and warm introductions for select searches.
• Assist in the planning and execution of talent-facing events (dinners, roundtables, webinars
• Execute content and campaigns — newsletters, LinkedIn content, talent spotlights, portfolio job
• Run data projects that track engagement, campaign performance, and community growth, and translate
• Partner with Access & Engagement to turn activation learnings into the next set of events and

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in brand, recruitment marketing, community building, or event management.
• Strong writing and communication skills; comfortable owning content end-to-end, from concept to
