Talent Assessor (Contract)

📋 Description

• Evaluate and assess candidate pool for client roles to fill quickly.
• Use the client ATS with the Recruitment Relationship Manager on high-volume roles.
• Review applicants in the ATS and identify those meeting qualifications with Boolean search.
• Create a short list of candidates and present to the Recruitment Relationship Manager.
• Follow phone screen templates and qualify candidates against defined competencies.
• Update candidate details and status in the ATS per the defined process steps.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of technology (Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Experience working in a team environment that emphasized group contributions.
• Must be comfortable on the phones performing 10-15 interviews a day.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet daily objectives.
• Ability to write client-oriented communications e.g. emails, candidate summaries.
• Previous experience in the staffing industry or Corporate HR Recruitment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
