📋 Description

• Partner with recruiters to design sourcing strategies for high-volume tech roles.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier engineers via outbound sourcing and CRM.
• Attend intake meetings to understand each role's requirements.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess technical fit and share calibrated recommendations.
• Create market maps and talent reports with TAM insights to inform sourcing.
• Run A/B tests on outreach and iterate to improve candidate funnel performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of sourcing experience in high-volume outbound for engineering roles.
• Proven ability to build relationships with diverse and hard-to-reach talent.
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse, Gem, and SeekOut.
• Fluent in Boolean logic and CRM re-engagement searches.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.
