• Own searches from kickoff to close: spec, sourcing, screening, onboarding.
• Work on roles for Africa's most exciting companies.
• Manage 5-10 client accounts; push back, solve, close roles fast.
• Run targeted outreach via LinkedIn, referrals, and AI tools.
• Suggest process improvements to help us grow and optimize.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years total experience in startup recruitment.
• Evidence of fast learning and quick execution.
• Clear, concise written & spoken English.
• Appetite for high-intensity work, blunt feedback, autonomy.
