📋 Description

• Translate business strategy, HR and talent priorities, employee insights, and identified capability
• Design and develop learning experiences focused on leadership effectiveness, manager effectiveness
• Create development pathways that combine facilitated learning, self-directed education, practical
• Connect development experiences, exposures, education, and resources to career profiles, capability
• Develop high-quality workshops, presentations, facilitator guides, participant materials
• Facilitate leadership, manager, employee, and HR development sessions as appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development
• Demonstrated experience designing leadership, manager, or professional development programs from
• Strong learning-design and content-development capability, with the ability to turn complex
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills across employee, manager, leader, and HR audiences
• Demonstrated ability to create professional learning materials, toolkits, playbooks, facilitator
• Experience developing train-the-trainer programs or enabling others to deliver learning solutions
