• Design and launch a comprehensive onboarding program that welcomes new hires and equips them with
• Own and continuously evolve onboarding as a living program, using data (onboarding survey results
• Build Smartsheet's career development story through consistent and scalable programming, surfacing
• Facilitate live sessions and workshops across Talent Development programs serving as a trusted
• Partner broadly across the business to ensure onboarding, career development, and connected

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in talent development, organizational development, or HR program design, with experience
• Experience designing and delivering onboarding programs at an enterprise level
• Experience building career development frameworks (IDPs, career pathways, related coursework) for a
• Comfort managing a phased roadmap, shifting focus as one program matures and the next begins
