🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree is required.
4+ years in Program Coordination or Operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication with Slack, email, and video.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.
Analytical mindset to translate data into recommendations.
