Talent Development Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end Gradient program lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, training, capstones.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and stakeholders on campus hiring and onboarding.
• Coordinate learning journeys across Cloud, Data, AI/ML, App Dev tracks.
• Track learner progress, certifications, attendance, and billability.
• Facilitate cohort communication, mentor coordination, scheduling.
• Support professional development for consulting readiness and stakeholder engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in L&D, campus recruitment, early career, or learning ops within consulting or tech.
• Experience supporting university hiring, graduate onboarding, or emerging talent programs preferred.
• Strong program coordination & stakeholder management across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to support technical and professional learning for early-career tech talent.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, learning operations, reporting, and cohort tracking.
• Exposure to cloud, AI, data, or technical learning environments is a plus.
