🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in psychology, marketing, business or HR with 2+ years experience
• Experience delivering career counseling in high-volume human services
• Strong communication, organization, computer and publishing skills
• Ability to motivate, present workshops and assist those with barriers
• Knowledge of job-search strategies and action plans
• Flexible, fast learner; works well under pressure and in teams
