• Counsel customers; manage day-to-day relationships and case handoffs.
• Review resumes and advise on occupation fit for placement.
• Maintain records and ensure policy-compliant case management.

• Strong computer, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Creative, goal-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher and/or 2+ years in career counseling.
• Experience with workforce development or human services a plus.
