• Advise, monitor, and track customer participation.
• Counsel on job search strategies and personal career advisement.
• Identify barriers to employment and coordinate training needs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth case transitions.
• Manage day-to-day customer relationships and action plans.
• Review resumes to improve placement decisions.

• Strong computer, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Creative and goal-oriented; works well under pressure and meets deadlines.
• Able to relate to and motivate individuals facing barriers to employment.
• Bachelor's degree or higher and/or 2+ years in career counseling.
• Workforce development or human services experience preferred.
