• Advisor role in Operational team
• Counsel customers with job search strategies
• Train and plan interventions for participants
• Maintain case records and ensure service transitions
• Manage day-to-day customer relationships
• Critique resumes and understand occupations for placement

🎯 Requirements

• Self-motivated and flexible team player
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Creative, goal-oriented, able to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in career counseling
• Experience in workforce development or human services a plus
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
