📋 Description

• Counsels and assists Program's customers regarding job search strategies, personal career
• Advises, monitors, and tracks participation for customers to maximize program functions and
• Manages day-to-day relationship with customers, addresses concerns promptly with action plans, and
• Maintains knowledge of occupations/career paths for effective placement and assessment
• Provides motivational support during job search process
• Identifies training needs and ensures appropriate training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Art/Bachelor of Science in psychology, marketing, business, human resources or related
• Experience working with career counseling consumers in high volume environment in human services or
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet software
• Ability to relate well with individuals and motivate
• Experience presenting workshops and working with individuals with barriers to employment

🎁 Benefits

• Start wage: $22.01 per hour
• Max wage: $26.28 per hour
