📋 Description

• Counsel and assist customers regarding job search strategies, personal career advisement and
• Advise, monitor, and track participation for customers to maximize program functions and
• Manage day-to-day customer relationships, address concerns promptly with action plans, and document
• Maintain knowledge of occupations/career paths for effective placement and assessment.
• Provide motivational support during the job search process.
• Identify training needs and ensure appropriate training.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, marketing, business, human resources or a related field with two+
• Experience in career counseling with job seekers in high-volume environments, particularly in human
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computer applications (word processing and spreadsheets).
• Ability to relate well with individuals and motivate clients.
• Experience presenting workshops and working with individuals facing employment barriers.

🎁 Benefits

• $22.00/hour start wage
• $26.00/hour maximum wage
