📋 Description

• Counsels and assists Program's customers regarding job search strategies, personal career
• Identifies outside resources, programs and other services for customers if needed.
• Advises, monitors, and tracks participation for customers to maximize the functions and
• Manages the day-to-day relationship with customers, addresses customer concerns promptly with an
• Maintains a professional understanding of various occupations and career paths for effective
• Provides motivational support to customers during the job search process.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in child development, psychology, counseling, or related
• Two+ years of experience in case management or vocational counseling.
• Experience working with human services/workforce development environments (e.g., TANF, SNAP, WIOA).
• Excellent counseling, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Strong organizational and case management skills.
