📋 Description

• Build strong relationships with clients to help overcome employment barriers through assessment
• Provide comprehensive case management and follow-up
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation
• Maintain organized client database and detailed contact records
• Ensure participants follow planned activities per funding agency contracts
• Provide individualized work assessments and referrals to community/social services as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Two years of experience in career advisement, workshop facilitation, workforce curriculum
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Google docs
• Strong leadership skills with ability to thrive in multi-stakeholder, changing environments
• Professional understanding of various occupations and career paths, including healthcare preferred
• Bachelor's degree in education, social services, healthcare, or communications
• Customer service experience required
