📋 Description

• Conduct assessments to provide career guidance to WIOA-eligible job seekers.
• Provide case management to help customers achieve self-sufficiency.
• Assist clients in maintaining eligibility by attending trainings and job searches.
• Authorize and coordinate supportive services (childcare, transportation) and track funds.
• Maintain community resource contacts and develop new ones to support outcomes.
• Provide labor market information to customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree preferred; HS diploma with ≥1 year Sales/Customer Service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear, professional communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong speaking and organizational/time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented and timely in meeting deadlines and objectives.
