Talent Enablement Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders across the organization to identify
• Own end-to-end development and delivery of learning programs — from needs analysis and content
• Build engaging e-learning modules and blended learning experiences using authoring tools and
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for individual contributor and manager
• Consult with HRBPs and business partners on team-specific enablement needs, serving as a strategic
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with clear timelines, stakeholder communication, and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Enablement, Learning Experience Design
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering both in-person and e-learning training programs
• Strong proficiency in slide-based content design; ability to translate complex concepts into clear
• Experience building e-learning content using authoring tools
• Proven ability to consult with and influence stakeholders to define learning needs and drive
• Experience using AI-native tools to accelerate workflows, build content and improve efficiency
