📋 Description

• Build and maintain talent maps for key functions and profiles.
• Write conviction packets: evidence of candidate impact and interview needs.
• Make and defend the negative call—document reasons to screen out.
• Help leaders frame roles and requirements using talent market insights.
• Identify passive candidates through technical communities, talks, and open source.
• Pull and structure data: talent flows between competitors, team growth signals, comp and title benchmarks.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years producing written analyses acted on (exec search, talent intelligence).
• Systems thinking with impact analysis of decisions.
• Able to shape messy inputs into clear, concise outputs.
• Read technical backgrounds to find signal (GitHub, talks, posts).
• Strong written communication with high specificity.
• Comfortable calibrating with senior leaders and stating confidence.
