• Identify platform opportunities; feed insights to Product/Engineering.
• Partner with engineering, CS, and product to prove value and drive adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency with AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT, and MCP exposure.
• 5+ years in agency recruiting, in-house sourcing, or talent research.
• Rapid JD synthesis: quickly produce high-quality briefs into searches.
• Analytical instincts: Excel/Sheets; SQL or NoSQL a plus.
• Benchmarking and calibration of candidate quality.
• Startup operator mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and shipping.
