Talent Management & Engagement Specialist (Affirmative position for People with Disabilities (PWD/PCD))

📋 Description

• Develop and execute Talent Management processes (Performance, Promotions, Feedback).
• Create project plans for Talent Management and Culture/Engagement initiatives.
• Lead Talent Management projects (e.g., Compensation Matrix, Job Descriptions) with updates.
• Act as SME for engagement tool (Peakon); manage surveys, reports, access.
• Identify improvements for engagement measurement tools and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive progress.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Culture & Engagement, or Projects.
• Proven track record in project and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Experience with HRIS and Engagement Systems is a plus.
• Hybrid contract possibility for São Paulo residents.
