Maintain accurate records in the expert database for fast decisions.
Liaise with Production and Revenue to align sourcing with project needs.
Analyze pipeline data to identify gaps and inform recruitment plans.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in Applied AI or localization vendor management.
Track record on large multilingual projects across text, audio, image, video.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail under deadline.
Professional English; other languages a plus.
Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years in recruiting or sourcing in localization or AI data.
