📋 Description

• Research and understand each company's hiring needs, job requirements, and screening criteria
• Conduct structured screening calls to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, interests
• Ask relevant follow-up questions to gain a clear understanding of candidate qualifications and
• Prepare accurate, objective, and well-structured evaluation notes to support informed hiring

🎯 Requirements

• A completed bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation qualification, with 0–1 year of professional
• Strong spoken and written English, with the confidence to lead professional conversations and
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills, including the ability to ask thoughtful questions, listen
• The ability to understand and interpret both technical and non-technical job requirements and
• Excellent attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain clear, accurate
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidate interactions, follow-ups

🎁 Benefits

• Monthly fixed compensation: ₹10,000–₹25,000, depending on experience, assessment results, and role
• Performance-based incentives: An additional ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month, subject to performance and
• Total potential monthly compensation: ₹10,000–₹35,000. Incentives are not guaranteed and depend on
