Talent Operations Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones
• Operate ATS and scheduling tools to manage fast-moving interview loops for virtual and onsite
• Serve as point of contact for candidates and interviewers with rapid responses
• Maintain real-time data, docs, and templates across systems to support quick decisions
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition/Operations to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput
• Contribute to reporting on scheduling speed and pipeline velocity

• Experience supporting scaling, high-volume talent acquisition with strong operational execution
• Ability to manage complex, multi-time-zone scheduling with precision
• Clear communication to articulate process challenges and propose fast solutions
• Proficient use of Applicant Tracking Systems to boost efficiency
• Ability to solve problems quickly to keep pipelines moving with accuracy
• Comfortworking in a scaling, high-volume environment with confidentiality
