Talent Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Architect and optimize the ATS across custom fields, access roles, interview plans, feedback forms
• Own the reporting layer for Talent leadership and hiring teams, including dashboards, ad hoc
• Maintain accurate and trustworthy hiring data by reconciling information across the ATS, hiring
• Identify recurring Talent Operations requests and transform them into improved workflows, automated
• Evaluate, procure, implement, and manage recruiting technology and tools supporting sourcing
• Build integrations and system connections, including API-based reporting and automations that

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, recruiting operations, talent operations, people systems, or
• Deep ATS expertise, particularly with Ashby, including the ability to design and optimize system
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate ambiguous business questions into
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including combining data from multiple sources and
• Experience maintaining data integrity across an ATS and connected systems, including reconciliation
• Strong program and change management skills, with experience rolling out new processes, training
