Talent Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own recruiting systems: manage and improve Ashby, including workflows, integrations, reporting
• Build AI and automation into how we hire across sourcing, candidate communications, interview
• Turn hiring data into decisions by building dashboards and analyses covering funnel conversion
• Build recruiting capacity models to translate hiring plans into realistic resourcing recommendations
• Connect hiring plans to the business by partnering with Finance and People to reconcile approved
• Improve the hiring process end to end by building clear, practical workflows for opening roles

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in talent operations, recruiting operations or a related role, with experience building
• Hands-on ATS ownership, ideally Ashby, including configuration, reporting and workflow design
• Strong analytical skills, including experience building forecasts or capacity models from imperfect
• Ability to turn an ambiguous question into a clear analysis, explain the implications and recommend
• Strong operational judgment: know when a process needs more structure and when it needs to be
• Ability to work across Talent, Finance, People and hiring teams, build alignment and follow through
