📋 Description

• Own ATS administration and recruiting tech workflows and access.
• Document and refine scalable recruiting processes.
• Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity across recruiting systems.
• Assist with tool adoption through docs, training, and change mgmt.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to elevate standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 4 years in recruiting operations or related roles.
• Hands-on experience configuring and administering an ATS.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze recruiting or operations data.
