Talent Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Drive strategic initiatives that increase recruiter effectiveness, optimize workflows, and scale
• Develop and maintain recruiting knowledge hubs (e.g. Talenttools/, Hiring Manager recruiting
• Refine onboarding/training programs for recruiters, including first 30/60/90-day frameworks and
• Partner with Recruiting leaders to identify gaps in recruiter performance or process understanding.
• Shadow recruiters and deliver feedback loops to improve performance and consistency.
• Create frameworks to assess recruiter skill gaps and develop targeted improvement plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6 months of recruiting experience; or 3+ years of recruiting experience in
• Strong familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting analytics.
• This role requires 20% travel.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
