Drive strategic initiatives that increase recruiter effectiveness, optimize workflows, and scale
Develop and maintain recruiting knowledge hubs (e.g. Talenttools/, Hiring Manager recruiting
Refine onboarding/training programs for recruiters, including first 30/60/90-day frameworks and
Partner with Recruiting leaders to identify gaps in recruiter performance or process understanding.
Shadow recruiters and deliver feedback loops to improve performance and consistency.
Create frameworks to assess recruiter skill gaps and develop targeted improvement plans.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 6 months of recruiting experience; or 3+ years of recruiting experience in
Strong familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting analytics.
This role requires 20% travel.
Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
