• Build actionable reporting across Lever, Glassdoor and dashboards.
• Align with recruiters, managers and data teams to speed hiring.
• Ensure Lever data is clean, trusted and actionable.

🎯 Requirements

• A deep care for candidates and candidate experience
• Recruitment ops experience, ideally in fast-moving, high-volume or global business
• A brilliant understanding of ATS systems, especially Lever or talent tooling
• Reporting and data skills; you can turn messy info into useful insight
• A continuous improvement mindset; you notice friction, ask why, and make things better
• A strong eye for detail; the detail matters
