📋 Description

• Source candidates for open roles using AI sourcing platforms (e.g., Juicebox) and creative methods
• Write personalized, tailored outreach messages to candidates using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT
• Coordinate recruiting activities and schedule interviews to ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Own the end-to-end candidate experience from first message to first day
• Use AI tools to draft communications, summarize interviews, and clean data across the recruitment
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and calibrate candidate profiles

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of sourcing, recruiting coordination, or related recruiting experience, ideally at a
• Familiarity with an ATS (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and modern sourcing tools
• Active daily user of Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable AI tools in workflow
• Strong written communication, especially for candidate-facing outreach and email
• High personal bar for quality in details and candidate funnel
