📋 Description

• Partner with Lead Talent Partners to design and manage the full candidate journey for evergreen and
• Run intro calls and act as each candidate's main point of contact, keeping them informed, prepared
• Coordinate interview loops, and work closely with hiring managers and interviewers so processes
• Run outbound: find passive candidates, write outreach people actually answer, and test what works.
• Share market insights and flag challenges.
• Use AI tools deliberately to source smarter and move faster, which frees up your time for the human

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience with real exposure to technical hiring, whether agency, in-house
• A high bar for candidate experience, meaning fast replies, clear communication, and honesty even
• The organization to juggle multiples roles, candidates and calendars without dropping threads.
• You can push back on a hiring manager and turn down a candidate, and both still trust you afterward.
• Comfort with cold outreach. You don't mind writing to strangers, and silence doesn't put you off.
• AI tools are already part of how you work, and you're curious about how to use them better.
