📋 Description

• Own end-to-end hires across tech and non-tech roles, from senior searches to volume hires.
• Ship automations, dashboards, and AI-native workflows for hiring.
• Run a sourcing-led operation—design targeting, messaging, and patterns for cold talent.
• Help build hx's brand via employer branding and candidate experience.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation and market shifts across covered roles.

🎯 Requirements

• Broad hiring experience at high-growth SaaS/fintech/AI, spanning technical and non-technical.
• Closed candidates with multiple competing offers.
• Used Ashby, Greenhouse, or similar ATS as a builder.
• Operated in an AI-leveraged talent function with workflows and automations.
• Generalist instinct; comfortable tackling unfamiliar problems.
