📋 Description

• Develop and continuously refine a strategic point of view on creator talent across categories
• Identify high-impact and emerging creators aligned with client objectives, brand positioning
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and secure creator talent across different tiers and partnership
• Serve as a creator procurement expert within account teams, developing a strong understanding of
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with creators, agents, managers, and other talent
• Lead contracting and partnership negotiations while ensuring talent selections and agreements meet

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or a
• Proven experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing influencer relationships across different
• Experience casting or managing talent for brands operating in highly regulated industries.
• A strong network of creator, agent, and manager relationships across relevant verticals and social
• Strong understanding of social platforms, creator economics, cultural trends, and the evolving
• Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking, with experience developing scalable systems and

• Salary range of $70,000–$78,000 OTE.
