🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in HR roles (performance mgmt, career dev, or talent mgmt) with BA/BS.
• Strong analytics; stats; Excel/PowerBI; fluent English for execs.
• Expertise in performance-based rewards and compensation.
• Curious mindset toward AI tools; build lightweight automation.
• Genuine learning mindset; seek feedback and grow.
• Performance mindset; project management; deliver from idea to completion.
