📋 Description

• Act as primary liaison through project life cycle; manage sponsor expectations.
• Plan and run project meetings; assist site and patient recruitment.
• Manage project budget; review and negotiate changes with sponsor.
• Identify, assign and monitor cross-functional tasks.
• Define resources and contingency plans; ensure SOP adherence.
• Lead, mentor and delegate to project teams.

🎯 Requirements

• PM: degree and 3-5 yrs PM exp in clinical trials.
• People management experience preferred.
• PD: 7+ yrs exp; advanced degree in health/science.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience with global, multi-centre clinical trials.
• Must adhere to SOPs and regulatory standards.
