📋 Description

• Lead talent acquisition for a portfolio of schools/departments in KIPP Texas.
• Develop multi-channel recruitment campaigns to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from screening to offer, ensuring diverse and mission-aligned hires.
• Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers on staffing needs and selection logistics.
• Monitor candidate funnel and provide data to inform hiring priorities.
• Represent KIPP Texas at careers fairs, events, and partnerships to build pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate's with 3+ years in talent recruitment or similar field.
• 2+ years in talent recruitment/management; public K-12 experience preferred.
• Experience with ATS (Salesforce, SmartRecruiters, Lever, etc.).
• MS Office and Google applications proficiency.
