📋 Description

• Implement innovative, multi-channel recruitment campaigns to attract diverse, high-quality talent
• Participate in engagement opportunities and events with pipeline partnerships
• Implement regional based strategic sourcing initiatives
• Organize regional and school-based recruitment events
• Engage with regional universities and leverage on-campus recruitment outreach
• Represent KIPP Texas at careers fairs, job fairs, conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college/university or Associate's with 3 years
• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent recruitment or talent management preferably in public K-12
• Previous experience managing ATS software (e.g., SalesForce, SmartRecruiters, Lever) preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Google applications
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Exceptional adaptability
