📋 Description

• Implement innovative multi-channel recruitment campaigns to attract diverse, high-quality talent
• Participate in engagement opportunities and events with pipeline partnerships and programs
• Implement regional strategic sourcing initiatives to proactively engage passive candidates and
• Organize regional and school-based recruitment events such as info sessions, virtual hiring fairs
• Engage with regional universities and leverage on-campus recruitment outreach opportunities
• Represent KIPP Texas at career fairs, job fairs, conferences, recruitment and networking events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college/university or Associate's with 3 years
• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent recruitment or talent management, preferably in a public
• Previous experience managing ATS software (e.g., Salesforce, SmartRecruiters, Lever etc.) preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Google applications
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, demonstrating flexibility, resilience, and willingness
