Talent & Resource Manager

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and manage tech talent opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong Talent Solutions pipeline and support revenue targets.
• Develop relationships with tech leaders, procurement, HR, and decision-makers.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying additional resource needs.
• Prepare proposals, rate cards, and support negotiations.
• Participate in client meetings and commercial discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology recruitment, staffing, talent solutions, or similar.
• Proven experience managing a 360-degree recruitment function or new client relationships.
• Demonstrated success achieving placement, revenue, or gross-profit targets.
• Experience recruiting for software development, cloud, or DevOps roles.
• Experience managing contractors, staff augmentation projects, or professional services resources.
• Strong understanding of modern software delivery teams and roles.
