🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
12–24 months B2B sales and/or recruitment experience.
Experience with Bullhorn or similar ATS/CRM.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
Ability to identify and recruit talent; proficient at sourcing and screening.
