📋 Description

• Live Sales Call Participation: join AE demos as the technical Talent Expert.
• The Visual Proof: Show a VA on camera to prove office quality.
• Real-Time Vetting: verify client requirements during the demo to ensure a hireable role.
• Idle Bench Talent Management: maintain a Live Talent List with camera-ready VAs and a 60-second video intro.
• Momentum Locking: schedule chemistry checks between prospect and bench VA before the sales call ends.
• Feasibility Guardrail: provide real-time feedback on whether a prospect's requirements are realistic for our current bench or if a custom search is required.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ Years in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition in high-volume VA/BPO environments
• Sales instincts: comfortable selling skills and our managed office model
• Professional Presence: articulate, high-energy, professional on Zoom
• Technical Literacy: quickly understand client tech stacks (CRMs, PM tools, AI)
• On-Site Presence: must be physically in the office to interact with the bench VAs
