📋 Description

• Source top talents across FinTech, Payments and Technology.
• Build strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and business roles.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor research.
• Identify passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search.
• Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency and automate research.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for niche positions.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Technical Sourcer
• Experience sourcing candidates in FinTech, Payments, EMI or similar
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search and X-Ray Search
• Experience using AI-powered sourcing tools daily
• Ability to identify and engage passive candidates
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written communication
• Good level of English and fluent Russian
