• Proactively identify and source qualified candidates for technical positions across software
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, professional
• Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach messages that generate interest in relevant
• Conduct initial candidate screening to assess professional experience, availability, and interest
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand position requirements and continuously
