📋 Description

• Proactively source and build pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source, engage, and experiment across channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, boards).
• Lead meaningful first conversations to assess skills and motivation.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and role trends in UK/Bulgaria.
• Apply AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency and pipeline quality.
• Track activity and define 'good' with data-driven metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in sourcing or top-of-funnel recruiting.
• Strong curiosity with a learning, experimentation mindset.
• Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search, or eager to learn.
• Interest in AI tools and data-driven sourcing (hands-on bonus).
• Strong written and verbal communication with engaging outreach.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
