📋 Description

• Build and own top-of-funnel pipeline: proactively source candidates across Engineering and Sales
• Run targeted outbound campaigns with personalized messages
• Maintain a warm pipeline of candidates at all stages, including passive candidates
• Partner closely with recruiting and leadership: work with recruiter and hiring managers to

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally at a fast-moving startup or agency
• Proven ability to build pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and GTM roles
• Experience using AI and sourcing tools such as Cursor, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong outreach instincts: write messages that get responses, understand sourcing as persuasion
• High output, high ownership: manage multiple searches simultaneously, track own metrics, surface
• Available full-time hours (40 hrs/week) on a 1099 contract basis
