📋 Description

• Work with Recruiting and Sourcing leads to develop sourcing strategies for assigned areas.
• Partner closely with the Recruitment team to deliver candidate pipelines aligned to business demand.
• Act as a subject matter expert in sourcing for the assigned area.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing Associate Manager, Recruitment Marketing, and Procurement teams to
• Proactively source and submit pre-qualified talent with accountability for delivery against agreed

• Provide external market and industry intelligence to recruiters and stakeholders.
• Bring experience delivering both high-volume recruitment campaigns and niche sourcing strategies.
• Demonstrate a collaborative approach and commitment to inclusion and continuous improvement.
• Possess proven experience sourcing direct candidates through multiple channels.
• Demonstrate proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using ATS, CRM, and reporting
