📋 Description

• Develop sourcing strategies for assigned areas in partnership with Recruiting and Sourcing leads
• Deliver candidate pipelines aligned to business demand in close partnership with the Recruitment
• Act as a subject matter expert in sourcing for the assigned area
• Collaborate with Sourcing Associate Manager, Recruitment Marketing, and Procurement teams to ensure
• Proactively source and submit pre-qualified talent with accountability for delivery against agreed
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience by building and maintaining strong candidate relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills with ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders on
• Provide external market and industry intelligence to recruiters and stakeholders
• Experience delivering both high-volume recruitment campaigns and niche sourcing strategies
• Collaborative approach and commitment to inclusion and continuous improvement
• Proven experience sourcing direct candidates through multiple channels
• Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using ATS, CRM, and reporting systems
